Rosso RS is a wine that comes from a blend of Merlot and Pinolo, which come from vines grown on soils consisting mainly of "ponka", the typical soil of Oslavia and its surroundings, composed of marl, sandstone and limestone which gives local wines a unique texture . Aging in oak barrels for about 3 years before resting 6 months in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose expresses aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of spices and coffee. On the palate it is clean, soft, supported by a nice acid shoulder and a long persistence.

Schioppettino by Bressan is purplish red with aromas reminiscent of wild blackberry, raspberry and blueberry, followed by the ever-present peppery notes. With aging it evolves into an elegant bouquet of undergrowth, moss and aromatic wood. The sip is full and warm, enveloping and juicy. Excellent persistence.

Pignoli di Radikon is an unusual, refined and highly expressive red wine. Sacrisassi Rosso is an elegant and velvety red wine that comes from a blend of Refosco and Schioppettino. Aging takes place for 22 months in barrique. “La Duline” by Vignai da Duline is a red wine made from Schioppettino grapes. Aging for 11 months in barriques. Light filtering before bottling. The nose is played on red berries, such as currants and raspberries, floral and spicy notes, with a vegetable touch. In the mouth, the acidity is sharp and the development of the flavor is deep, the tannin is just hinted but present in the background to support an out-of-the-ordinary flavor. Nikolas Juretic's "Vino Rosso" is a wine of great interest and character, the result of a careful assembly of red grapes and white grape must, which gives the wine unique characteristics.
