Rosso Arcaico by Andrea Occhipinti is a wine obtained from a blend of red grapes that grapes come from vineyards of an average age of 20 years planted on volcanic soils. Aging 6 months in terracotta amphorae and 2 months in bottle. The nose perceives fruit aromas, in particular apricot, spicy hints and notes of incense. In the mouth it is enveloping, full-bodied, with soft tannins and a long mentholated finish.

Kπ Amphorae 100% by Daniele Ramos is a garnacha-based red wine which is vinified and aged for about 9 months in the classic tinaja. 3265 bottles produced. A wine with fruity aromas of blackcurrant, pomegranate and strawberry, followed by notes of eucalyptus and spices. On the palate it has good minerality and refreshing acidity, silky tannins and a long finish.

All Anna's wines from the Qvevri line have been vinified and aged in Georgian terracotta amphorae produced by one of the last remaining artisans of the sector: Zaaliko Bodjadze. Atlas by István Bencze is an elegant and fine wine, with a beautiful structure, fruit and impeccable balance. Obtained with Pinot Noir grapes that come from a vineyard planted in 1999 and bred in biodynamic methods. The grapes are harvested by hand and half is fermented as a whole bunch, while the other half in semi-carbonic fermentation. 10 days of maceration and then a year of aging in large 2500l oak barrels. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration and zero sulfur is added.

Casse Tete by Es d'Aqui Jean-Louis Pinto is a deep and complex red wine, made from equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan. Vinification with maceration on the skins for twenty days in whole bunches and refinement on the fine lees in terracotta jars. The nose reveals intense and pleasant hints of ripe red fruit, followed by a full and balanced sip, with fine and smooth tannins.

Massimo by Anforaje is a wine that tells of Massimo's love for Pantelleria, his passion for work and attention to detail.
