Frederic Cossard's Bedeau is a wine that comes from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from different selected plots where agriculture respects the principles of the company philosophy. The harvest is manual, with meticulous selection of the grapes. The traditional fermentation takes place in wooden vats for 5-6 weeks including the malolactic fermentation, with a subsequent rest on the lees. After maceration, the wine ages in barrique for a maximum of 3 years. The wine is on notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry and strawberry and hints of undergrowth. Good structure and rather juicy on the palate.

Ô Galarneau! Mai & Kenji Hodgson is a red wine obtained from a lend of several plots of Cabernet Franc from Rablay-sur-Layon, in particular on the prestigious plot of Les Rouliers. Spontaneous fermentation with 3 weeks maceration. Aging in steel for 12 months. It is a pleasant Cabernet Franc that does not lack, at the same time, freshness. You can enjoy it immediately or you can decide to keep it for a few years.

Chénas Les Carrières by Domaine Thillardon is a gamay-based red wine that combines concentration and purity, with notes of wild cherries and other red berries. The Sibrà is a palatable wine that is produced with red grapes and ages for 15 months between tonneaux and barrique. It has a bright ruby red color. The ethereal note comes to the nose vigorously, the protagonist of a bouquet enriched with spicy nuances. In the mouth it is slender, slender and pleasantly drinkable, thanks to a light body well supported by a pleasant acidity and a tannic component that reinvigorates the taste.

The Pernand-Vergelesses 1er cru "Ile des Vergelesses" by Chandon de Briailles is an intense, complex and fine wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from a vineyard planted in 1954 on clayey soil. Whole cluster vinification in open wooden vats, semi-carbonic fermentation for 4/5 days. Drained off, it ages for 24 months in barrique.

De Toute Beautè by Ganevat is a still red wine obtained for 70% from Gamay grapes (Fleurie and Morgon) and, the remaining part a blend of native varieties of the vineyards of Ganevat in the Jura: Petit Béclan, Gros Béclan, Geusche, Argant, Peurion, Portugais Bleu, Isabelle and Enfariné. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, aging in foudre for about a year and bottling without filtration or clarification or addition. Wine to wait a few years. Dark and spicy, berry aromas, with a long finish.

No Sulfite No Cry by Lilian Bauchet is a vibrant and fruity red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais. Vineyards with an average age of 70 located on soils rich in shale. During the vinification the bunches are not de-stemmed but are left whole. This is followed by a 3-week carbonic maceration process and a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Refine in wood. 100% approved by Bob Marley.

Morgon Vieilles Vignes is Guy Breton's main wine that comes from Gamay grapes that come from 80-year-old vineyards. Aging in used barriques for at least third passage on the lees for 10 months. The nose gives aromas of cherry, red fruits and smoked mineral puffs. In the mouth it is deep, chameleon-like for its ability to change according to the seconds that pass in the glass, with a fine tannin and a long sip that ends in a savory finish.
