The "Stella Retica" Valtellina Superiore Sassella by Ar.Pe.Pe is a red wine produced using Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes, coming from vineyards located on calcareous and pebbly soils. Refinement takes place for 2 years in large oak barrels. On the nose fine and elegant aromas of red fruits and flowers, with spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh, savory, enveloping, with silky tannins. Very long finish.

Terpin's Quinto Quarto Rosso is a medium-bodied red wine that reflects the magnificent Collio area. A wine with a rich personality that ages for 12 months in steel and in bottles without filtering and clarification before being bottled. It has an intense ruby red color. Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.

The Rosso Versante Nord is a wine obtained from a blend consisting mainly of Nerello Mascalese, and the remainder from Nerello Capuccio, Alicante and Grenache. The Chianti by Casale is a red wine made from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes that come from old 50-year-old vines grown in biodynamic.
