Rosso RS is a wine that comes from a blend of Merlot and Pinolo, which come from vines grown on soils consisting mainly of "ponka", the typical soil of Oslavia and its surroundings, composed of marl, sandstone and limestone which gives local wines a unique texture . Aging in oak barrels for about 3 years before resting 6 months in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose expresses aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of spices and coffee. On the palate it is clean, soft, supported by a nice acid shoulder and a long persistence.

The Rossese di Testalonga is a fresh and fragrant wine that is produced with the homonymous grapes which are aged for a year in exhausted wooden barrels. Wine with a brilliant ruby red color. On the nose the bouquet is intense and elegant, with notes of red fruits, cherry, dog rose and spices. In the mouth it is fresh, soft with a long finish with peppery notes.

Lagrein di Muri - Gries is a red wine with character, with feet firmly on the ground but, at the same time, ready to take off. The grapes ripen in the vineyards of the sunny Bolzano basin at 260 m a.s.l., rooted in a soil sandy alluvial facing south. Refine in large 30-50 hl wooden barrels. This Lagrein has an intense purple-red colour; the nose is inviting, broad and complex with notes of violet, chocolate, ripe plum and spices. With an elegant palate, it convinces with its velvety structure, dense tannins and light bitter almond tones.

Cupersito by Casebianche is a pure Aglianico of great texture. The vinification is spontaneous with maceration of 10-12 days, and continuous pumping over the entire period of alcoholic fermentation. The Barolo Ravera di Principiano is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes that come from an almost fifty-year-old vineyard located in the Ravera sub-area in Monforte d'Alba.
