The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. Anne is a red wine made from 100% Negroamaro grapes. The grapes come from vines raised Apulian sapling of about 70 years. One of the new born in the Canlibero family, Supersannios is made from pure local red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards planted years ago by Ennio's father-in-law, and were sold locally. Ennio began to vinify them with a maceration on the skins of about 20 and he refined them for a few months in steel tanks. No filtration or clarification before bottling.
