Retromarcia is a red wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes that come from vineyards consisting of Galestro, limestone and sandstone. With the name Retromarcia, the Schmelzer family wants to underline a return to the natural elegance and charm of Sangiovese. The vinification and maturation recalls a more traditional style of Chianti Classico.Fermentation and vinification in cement and stainless steel, aging for 18 months in large barrels. The result is a fresh and fruity wine, medium-bodied, balanced, with a beautiful structure, juicy acidity and a long finish.

The Schioppettino di Ronco Severo is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name, a native variety of Friuli. Ages in 20 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 30 months in contact with the noble lees. Ronco Severo's Schioppettino by the glass has an intense ruby red color. Amarone di Aldrighetti is a splendid wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. Aging in oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. Wide on the nose, with fresh and decisive aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, spicy tones reminiscent of chocolate and toasting and sweet notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is warm, balanced, persistent, soft tannins, with hints of leather, liqueur and notes of withering on the finish is an intense ruby red color.

The Barolo Ravera di Principiano is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes that come from an almost fifty-year-old vineyard located in the Ravera sub-area in Monforte d'Alba.
