Le P'tit Bonhomme by Ugo Lestelle is a 100% Cinsault red wine. Grapes from 80-year old vines located on silica-rich soils. Tattouine di Matassa is a red wine made from 90% Grenache Gris grapes, and 10% Grenache Noir grapes. The grapes come from century-old vineyards located on rocky soils. Indomptaple by Domaine De Mena is a vibrant red wine with a complex nose that comes from syrah grapes. Non-interventional vinification, with maceration in whole bunches for 6 days. Aging in old wooden barriques for 6 months. It is not filtered, nor is sulfur added before being bottled.

The Faugères by Domaine Leon Barral is a red wine of race and personality, obtained from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Carignano. Vinification with 50% destemming, spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 30 days in 130 hl cement vats. Racking, malolactic fermentation and aging on the fine lees in concrete vats for 2 years. A wine of great and very pure expression of this territory, with tannins of good maturity, for a long, but fresh and drinkable finish.

Ezo di Les Vins du Cabanon is a deep and complex red wine made from Syrah and Merlot grapes that come from 30-40 year old vines grown on granite soils with gravel and shale deposits. Bruno Duchêne's Lune is a splendid red wine made from a blend of Grenache Noir, Carignan and Mourvèdre. that come from 50-year old vineyards that are found on soils composed mainly of shale so steep that Bruno can simply use a horse to plow. Refine for 2/3 in vats and 1/3 in barrique. Luna Rouge has a deep ruby red color. The nose recognizes hints of red berries, floral and spicy notes. On the palate it is greedy, of incredible finesse, inscribed in freshness and balance, elegant tannins.
