Morra Gabriele's Barbaresco is produced with Nebbiolo grapes that come from 60-70 year old vines. It ages for a year and a half in large barrels. An enveloping wine, to be followed in its evolution. Material, complex, it has texture and character. The nose brings back a tangible memory: the autumnal land of Barbaresco, when the countryside begins to rest after the efforts of the harvest. The Salamandre is a red wine that comes from a blend of red and white grapes, Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay and Grolleau, which come from vineyards bred according to biodynamic principles in the village of Saint-Aubin Luigné, south of the city of Angers, in the name of Anjou in the Loire. It is ruby red in color which is a load of fruit. Straight and slender that impresses with its freshness.
