Yann Chave's Crozes-Hermitage Rouge is made from 100% Syrah grapes. Maceration on the skins for 20 days. After racking, it refines for 10 months in exhausted 500-litre barrels. On the nose hints of red fruit, cherry, with notes of tobacco, Taggiasca pâté, black pepper and floral notes. In the mouth it is elegant and slender, soft tannins with beautiful freshness.

Rosso Gazzetta is a wine made from red grapes coming from a plot of thirty-year-old clay soil. The grapes were destemmed, fermented on the skins for a month and the wine rested in wooden vats for nine months. The nose is full of spices and berries and notes of ripe cherry, while on the palate it offers firm tannins and a pleasant herbaceous character. A medium-bodied wine that is appreciated with every sip.

The Rossese di Testalonga is a fresh and fragrant wine that is produced with the homonymous grapes which are aged for a year in exhausted wooden barrels. Wine with a brilliant ruby red color. The Poliphemo R18 is the last creature of Lugi Tecce, a powerful and complex red wine made from pure Aglianico grapes. It is a wine with an intense ruby red color. The Rosso di contrada by Marabino is a wine that is an expression of the territory, with sweet tannins and good freshness. Produced from Nero d'Avola grapes coming from different vineyards: Coniglio, Lenza Lungo, Conca and Parrino, each characterized by different types of soil, exposure and slopes. To better understand the potential of each individual vineyard, each parcel is vinified and aged separately. After blending, the wine matures in steel tanks for a year, bottling takes place on the fruit days of the lunar calendar.

"Nzemmulla" by Bruno Ferrara Sardo is an intense red wine that comes from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes on the slopes of Etna. It has an intense ruby red color. The nose expresses hints of small red fruits and spicy hints. On the palate it is of good structure, warm and soft, with a finish of excellent persistence. Nzemmula is memory, but not only: it is a wine that expresses its intrinsic characteristic of sharing, its ability to establish and forge relationships. Hence the choice of the name "´nzemmula" which in the local dialect means "together" and wants to be an invitation to the joy and pleasure of sharing.
