Hey! A dernier Côt? by Barbara Lebled is a fresh and fruity red wine, which comes from the Loire. It is produced with Côt grapes, as the malbec vine is called in the Loire Valley, which come from vines planted in the 1980s. Vinified with whole bunch carbonic maceration for 25 days in steel. The name of the wine is, surprise surprise, a play on words. "Hey! A Dernier Coup?" roughly translates to "Hey, one last drink?".

Charme du Loire by Jean Pierre Robinot is a white wine made with Chenin Blanc grapes from vines over 40 years old located in the limestone soil of Jasnières. After spontaneous fermentation, the wine is aged in old barrels, developing complex aromas of white-fleshed fruit and a remarkable minerality. A textbook wine.

Alexandre Bain, champion of the Pouilly-Fumé area, offers us yet another excellent Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire. The Salamandre is a red wine that comes from a blend of red and white grapes, Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay and Grolleau, which come from vineyards bred according to biodynamic principles in the village of Saint-Aubin Luigné, south of the city of Angers, in the name of Anjou in the Loire. It is ruby red in color which is a load of fruit. Straight and slender that impresses with its freshness.
