By The Glass is a modern Riesling, simple and captivating to be enjoyed on any occasion. Verdeca by Tenuta Macchiarola is a macerated white wine produced with Verdeca grapes, an autochthonous Apulian grape variety. Manaule harvest, and in the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous using only indigenous yeasts with a maceration on the skins for seven days. It follows an aging of about 6-7 months in steel tanks. The nose has chalk notes, fruity and floral aromas and pleasant saline sensations. In the mouth it is expressed with good freshness and minerality and ease of drinking.

Eughenos Raggio di Sole from Azienda Di Cato is a white wine that comes from pure Malvasia grapes that come from a small 67-year-old vineyard entirely grafted on site on land.
