Janko Stekar's Rebula Prilo is a long-macerated white wine on the skins obtained from the grapes of the same name. Aging for 6 years in acacia barrels. On the nose aromas of caramelized orange peel, notes of amber and ginger, tobacco leaves and aromatic herbs. At the sip it has an excellent acidity and salinity, with a present tannin and a good softness on the finish.

Klinec's Jakot is an amazing Orange wine, made from Tocai grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on the hills of Medana, where we find clay-limestone soils rich in mineral salts and marine fossils. A wine of great persistence for a wonderful sensory experience. Masterpiece.

JNK's Sv. Mihael is a white wine obtained from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in the small town of Šmihel where there is a church dedicated to San Michele, from which the wine takes its name. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts with a 4-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in old 500 liter barrels. The Sv. Mihael has a bright golden yellow color and has a rich and elegant bouquet, where hay emerges accompanied by linden flowers, green apple, dried apricot, pear and a distant nuance of elderberry.

Nando's "Jakot Plava Etiketa" is a mineral, fresh and complex wine with a very long finish. Obtained from Friulian grapes, fermented in used 500 liter barrels with one week maceration on the skins. Refine for 18 months in the same barrels. Bottled without filtration.

Gardelin is a white wine macerated on the skins obtained from Pinot Grigio grapes. The vineyard extends for just under one hectare, with very low yields that are around 35 quintals / ht. Spontaneous winemaking with 15 days maceration. Aging in traditional acacia, mulberry, wild cherry and oak barrels on fine lees for two to three years.
