Tavcar's Kras Vitovska is a wonderful white wine made from Vitovska grapes that come from fifty-year-old vineyards, which grow on the karst rock constantly beaten by the Bora. Jakot is a white wine macerated briefly on Friulano-based skins. The grapes come from vineyards located among the beautiful hills of the Slovenian Brda and bred by Janko Stekar in a biodynamic regime. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with a very short maceration on the skins in order not to make the sip too heavy. Refine in acacia wood barrels.
