"Egesta" by Aldo Viola is a white wine made from 100% Grillo grapes that macerate on the skins for at least 6 months. The nose espriem hints of citrus, candied fruit, Mediterranean and mineral notes. In the mouth it is sensual, enveloping, slightly tannic with a very long finish. A juice of Grillo grapes in only 1200 bottles.

Anforaje is a wine that leaves you speechless and surprises with its incredible scent. Produced in only 900 bottles, it was born from Jacopo's love for Pantelleria and Zibibbo. Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes. The palate is deep, fresh with a good sapidity and a long side. Wine from the great personality.

Krimiso is a white wine made from Catarratto grapes, macerated on the skins for about 5 months in steel tanks. The nose is harmonious and complex, with notes of sage, anise and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is enveloping and fresh; characterized by an elegant and marked minerality, flavor and light tannins.

Terra Forte by Tanca Nica is a 100% zibibbo white wine that proves sapid, with fruity and Mediterranean scrub notes. The name derives from the different type of soil from Soki Soki because it is rich in clay with a high content of aluminum and iron, which gives power and structure to the grapes. The grapes come from a single sapling-trained vineyard, located in the Bonsulton district (near Bukkuram) which were planted in 1931. The vinification involves 15 days of maceration on the skins and the refinement takes place in glass demijohns as well as in steel vats stainless. Only 1,000 bottles are produced each year.

Interesting and multiple aromas on the nose ranging from fruity and citrus notes to hay and chamomile, followed by hints of flint. At the sip it stands out for its citrine freshness, its enveloping body and its long persistence.

Soki Soki is an elegant macerated white wine that comes from grapes that come from vines over 80 years old, grown on pumice rich soils that are called "soki soki" soils, at 300 m above sea level. It is not filtered or clarified and does not contain added sulphites. A wine not to be missed !!!

The Orange is a white wine macerated on the skins for about 15 days obtained from Zibibbo grapes. It is a deep yellow color tending to orange. The taste is warm, fresh, with splendid sapidity and an elegant and very long finish.
