La Peur Du Rouge by Le Temps des Cerises is a white wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay and Clairette. Chardonnay macerates for 10 days in whole bunches and, after pressing, is added to the Clairette must. Refine in steel for 9 months. A crunchy wine, pure fruit, of excellent drinkability.

Splendid white wine in a dry version obtained from Muscat à petit-grain grape. The grapes that are not destemmed are pressed with the feet, and fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts.
