"Valtolla" by Croci is a fruity and mineral wine made from local white grapes which ages in steel. It gives aromas of ripe fruit, with strong hints of apricot, and a complex and pulpy mouth that does not yield anything in drinkability, but drinkability.

"Gino" by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine made from Verdicchio grapes. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the lees. It is the simplest of the Verdicchi di Fattoria San lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with a fl oreal nose on a citrine-saline note. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. Go down and don't notice.

FelceBianco is a fresh and drinkable white wine made from white grapes from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts in steel containers with maceration on the skins for 2 days. Refinement takes place in the same containers. Felcebianco is an intense yellow wine with aromas of lemon peel, plum, fresh apple and saline. The mouth is fresh and agile with a saline return in the finish.

Michele's new wine is dedicated to the Dutch champion, and the label shows the goal he scored against the Soviet Union in the 1988 European Championship final. “Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!

Martin Worner's Weiss is a white that nscae from a blend of 7 different varieties: Würzer, Faber, Bacchus, Müllerthurgau, Scheurebe, Riesling, Silvaner. The grapes come from old vines grown according to organic farming, which are located on sandy soils. Whole cluster fermentation and aging in large exhausted wooden barrels. as in the style of Martin. Too bad for the very limited production because its wines are a real delight.

"Sivi Pinot" is a fresh wine, characterized by a great drinkability and a beautiful structure. It is golden yellow in color. "Yellow Muscat" by Matic Wines is a macerated wine based on 100% Yellow Muscat. The grapes come from 15-year-old vines found on soils rich in limestone in the Slovenian part of Styria. The grapes are destemmed, and the must is left in contact with the skins for 2-3 weeks, followed by fermentation in steel, where the wine ages for 6 months before bottling. Wine that tastes of tropical fruits, articulated and multifaceted, it is a wine that, after the first taste, is not easily forgotten. A must try.
