Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity. "Yellow Muscat" by Matic Wines is a macerated wine based on 100% Yellow Muscat. The grapes come from 15-year-old vines found on soils rich in limestone in the Slovenian part of Styria. The grapes are destemmed, and the must is left in contact with the skins for 2-3 weeks, followed by fermentation in steel, where the wine ages for 6 months before bottling. EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.
