One of the new born in the Canlibero family, Shiro is an excellent wine from white grapes. No filtration or clarification before bottling. Shiro comes to the straw yellow glass. To the olfactory it gives pleasant floral and fruity scents, reminiscent of yellow flowers, apple, peach and apricot. The sip is fresh and balanced, supported by a good sour shoulder.

Bianco Cancelli is a fresh, immediate and pleasant wine produced from white grapes that come from vineyards grown without aid of synthetic chemistry neither on plants nor on earth. Without added sulphites.

Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition. Obtained from white grapes and is the result of monthly filling of a perpetual tank started in 2011, harmony of various vintages, with younger wine. Obtained from spontaneous fermentations, it is neither clarified nor filtered. The nose shows the aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry. The sip is very fresh, mineral with an overwhelming drink.

Follia is the result of an idea by Matteo Ceracchi who wanted to create a wine made from white grapes, some of which are harvested late, in the first week of October, when they are overripe and moldy. The grapes are grown on volcanic soil mainly siliceous clay. Winemaking is spontaneous and refined in cement tanks. Follia is a large-bodied white with a golden yellow color. The nose perceives aromas of exotic fruit, honey, and herbaceous notes. On the palate it is round, enveloping, balanced with a nice tension and flavor. A very pleasant wine.
