The Trubiano from Conestabile della Staffa is a white wine macerated from pure Trebbiano grapes. It is amber in color. On the nose the aromas are very intense, with typical oxidized notes, followed by hints of ripe fruit, caramelized, and spices. On the palate it is fascinating, fresh, elegantly tannic and persistent.

Maceratum di Fongoli is a macerated white wine obtained with Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. The hand-picked grapes are fermented in open vats with spontaneous yeasts on the skins without temperature control and with manual punching down three times a day. Pressing with a soft membrane press. Permanence on the fine lees and decantation with decanting and oxygenation. The wine thus obtained is bottled without filtration or addition of sulfur. A wine with an intense and brilliant yellow color with beautiful shades and lively reflections. Enveloping aromas that recall honey and exotic fruit notes. At the first sip it appears very fresh, you can immediately fully savor its soft and decisive taste. Then comes the warmth of alcohol and finally the pleasantness of a complex and rich wine remains.

Pigro delle Sorbe, a white wine from the Collecapretta winery, is produced from Greco grapes grown in the hills and reared as in the Umbrian peasant tradition. Aged in fiberglass for 8 months. No yeasts are added except those deriving from the grapes and from the cellar. White wine with a sunny and welcoming character: the aromas are warm and refined and the flavor demonstrates a beautiful combination of fatness and acidity.
