The Riesling by Domaine Durman is a counter wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from old vines located on soils rich in stoneware. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, and elevage in old barrels. The wine comes out in the spring / summer after the harvest to preserve the freshness and fruit. Not clarified, unfiltered and without added sulphites.

The White by Tourbillon de la Vie Blanc, which means "joust of life", is a wine made from pure Maccabeu grapes that come from various plots located in the Agly valley, located on granite and clay-limestone soils. Terre Silvate is a white wine obtained from Verdicchio grapes, supplemented according to the vintage by a small presence of Trebbiano and Malvasia, according to the ancient tradition.
