EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.

The Dzi by Amélie Vuillet & Sébastien Jacques is a mineral wine with delicate fruit aromas that comes from a blend of Savagnin and Chardonnay in equal parts. The grapes come from vineyards located on clayey-limestone soils in Montigny-lès-Arsures.
