Klinec's Rebula is a wonderful macerated white wine made from Rebula grapes. or Ribolla Gialla, which comes from the Slovenian Collio. It has an intense golden yellow color. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of fruit and flowers, in particular lime and broom. Then aromas of tobacco and minerals emerge. Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging of 12/14 months in large oak barrels follows. A wine with an amber yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of fruit, with notes of resin and balsamic. On the palate it is warm, fresh, powerful and mineral, infinite.
