Ognostro, from the local dialect Ink, by Marco Tinessa is a red wine of great power and richness that comes to life from red grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 25 years. Aging in terracotta amphorae for a period ranging from 2 to 3 years depending on the vintage. Wide aromas are released on the nose with flavors of red fruit, citrus puffs and spicy hints. On the palate it is fresh, vertical, enveloping with a long finish.

Spontaneous fermentation and aging in contact with the skins in tinajas (amphorae) from 350 to 450 liters for 9 months. Assembly and decanting in concrete tanks from 15 to 40 hl until bottling. When the autumn rains give a few days of respite, it's time to wake up early for a picnic in the woods with your childhood friends. If you are lucky enough to find even a single porcini, breaded and fried with a glass of Fuoripista Pinot Grigio, it will be the opening of a memorable lunch

"Sempre In Due" by Fra I Monti is a white wine aged in amphorae produced from white grapes. The grapes come from a small vineyard of only one hectare with a very low yield, which grows on clayey and loamy soils. The grapes are harvested at the end of September, and in the cellar after destemming are fermented spontaneously in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. After the racking the fermentation in amphora ends without temperature control. The wine is then aged on the lees for 8 months in amphorae. Sempre In Due is a wine with fresh and fruity aromas, with a beautiful body, soft, fresh and sapid. Long enough finish.

Airén Pampaneo Naturalis a white Spanish wine that comes from white grapes of Airèn, a typical Spanish grape variety, with maceration on the skins for a good 4 months. It has an amber color, given by the long maceration on the skins. On the palate it expresses intense aromas of dehydrated fruit, notes of undergrowth and spice. To the enveloping, energetic, very fresh, mineral sip, with a very long persistence.
