Luna & Gaia by Domain Milan is a macerated white wine, fragrant, sapid and with an extremely fluid and thirst-quenching drink, where notes of Mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits intertwine on an extractive matrix. Produced with Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne grapes, it undergoes maceration on the skins for 20 days in cement vats, and is aged in used tonneau for 12 months.

The Pigato by Rocche del Gatto is a white wine obtained from careful vinification with skin maceration of Pigato grapes from vineyards that rest on clayey and rich in iron soils. It is vinified as if it were a red berry wine fermenting for three weeks in contact with the skins in order to make it acquire the maximum organoleptic characteristics of the grape. After fermentation, a long stay on the noble scum follows.Pigato has a golden yellow color due to maceration. The nose is intense and fresh, with fruity and floral notes.
