Luna & Gaia by Domain Milan is a macerated white wine, fragrant, sapid and with an extremely fluid and thirst-quenching drink, where notes of Mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits intertwine on an extractive matrix. Produced with Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne grapes, it undergoes maceration on the skins for 20 days in cement vats, and is aged in used tonneau for 12 months.

Splendid white wine in a dry version obtained from Muscat à petit-grain grape. The grapes that are not destemmed are pressed with the feet, and fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts. The wine is bottled in the month of May following the harvest without adding sulfur. The nose is complex and intriguing, with floral aromas, citrus notes and mineral hints. On the palate it is warm, aromatic, intense, with soft fruity notes and a good freshness freshness.

The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes. Berette, from the Ligurian saying, “Cuanto ti gou leave inse e berette”, or “How long do you leave it on the skins”. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. Skerk's Ograde is a macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Vitovska, Malvasia, Sauvignon and Pinot grigio grapes. Pierre Frick's Gewurztraminer is a white wine made from grapes of the same name. Refines for 7 months on the fine lees in oak barrels. Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco Sivi is a macerated white wine based on Pinot grigio. The nose has intense aromas of macerated fruit, citrus peel, and notes of spices, resin and acacia honey. The Pigato by Rocche del Gatto is a white wine obtained from careful vinification with skin maceration of Pigato grapes from vineyards that rest on clayey and rich in iron soils. It is vinified as if it were a red berry wine fermenting for three weeks in contact with the skins in order to make it acquire the maximum organoleptic characteristics of the grape. After fermentation, a long stay on the noble scum follows.Pigato has a golden yellow color due to maceration. The nose is intense and fresh, with fruity and floral notes. The sip is dry, soft and full-bodied, with excellent flavor, persistent finish with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

Sacrisassi Bianco is a soft and fragrant wine, intense and powerful, obtained from a blend of Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. It ages for 22 months in barriqeus and tonneaux. Deep yellow with slightly golden reflections. Almond and hazelnut, ripe white fruit, intense and persistent floral aromas draw an olfactory picture of great grip, engaging and suggestive. Even on the palate the taste is full, decided without being excessive in its generous exuberance. Dry and dry as fat and opulent. Powerful and enveloping, it closes in a very long finish thanks to the pronounced sapidity and overflowing freshness.
