Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging of 12/14 months in large oak barrels follows. A wine with an amber yellow colour.
