Sottobanco is the new white wine by Andrea Occhpinti. A wine that strikes for its rich and sharp taste with an evident minerality. Vinification with whole cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small concrete barrels, without the use of chemical additives and oenological adjuvants, with the exception of a modest quantity of sulphites in the bottling phase. Refine 6 months in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in the bottle.

FelceBianco is a fresh and drinkable white wine made from white grapes from vines with an average age of 40 years. "Yellow Muscat" by Matic Wines is a macerated wine based on 100% Yellow Muscat. The grapes come from 15-year-old vines found on soils rich in limestone in the Slovenian part of Styria. The grapes are destemmed, and the must is left in contact with the skins for 2-3 weeks, followed by fermentation in steel, where the wine ages for 6 months before bottling. Wine that tastes of tropical fruits, articulated and multifaceted, it is a wine that, after the first taste, is not easily forgotten. A must try.

Sorga Blanc by La Sorga is a fresh and fruity white wine that comes from Mauzav and Chardonnay grapes, which come from old vines located on Villafranchiani land in the municipality of Pézenas (Vallée de L'Hérault). In the cellar, the vinification takes place with a whole cluster fermentation for the Mauzac with maceration on the skins for 60 days instead, the Chardonnay is pressed directly .; the two wines are blended once the fermentation is over. Maturation in concrete for 6 months. Neither filtered nor clarified, without the addition of sulfur. A surprisingly full wine for such a low alcohol content, with a long finish that plays on minerality.
