Stenčnik takes its name from the *Stena* wind—the breeze that descends each evening from the rock face above Longera, bringing coolness to the vineyards during hot summer days. Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco is a macerated white wine that expresses the magnificent Collio area in a genuine and sincere way. After manual harvesting, fermentation is spontaneous in the cellar with maceration on the skins for 5 days. Aging in steel tanks continues for eight months. It has a golden yellow color. Intense and ample aromas on the nose in which fruity and floral, balsamic and mineral nuances stand out. The sip is warm, pulpy, with good freshness and flavor. Long and refreshing finish.
