Luna & Gaia by Domain Milan is a macerated white wine, fragrant, sapid and with an extremely fluid and thirst-quenching drink, where notes of Mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits intertwine on an extractive matrix. Produced with Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne grapes, it undergoes maceration on the skins for 20 days in cement vats, and is aged in used tonneau for 12 months.

The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes. Berette, from the Ligurian saying, “Cuanto ti gou leave inse e berette”, or “How long do you leave it on the skins”. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. Fresh and with good salt, it moves smoothly in the mouth, leaving the palate clean, satisfied and inebriated by citrus and mineral aromas. The "Lama Bianca" is an orangewine made from white grapes that macerates on contact with the skins. The nose expresses intense aromas of yellow pulp fruit, such as apple and melon, with mineral notes and white flowers. On the palate it is full-bodied, with beautiful freshness and flavor.

Pacina's "Cerretina" is a white wine macerated on the skins from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes, aged for 14 months in large Allier oak barrels and 5 hectoliters acacia tonneaux. The nose releases intense aromas of hay, medicinal herbs, honey and wildflowers, framed by mineral and balsamic puffs.

Montemarino di Cascina degli Ulivi is a white wine made from grapes of old vines worked in biodynamic and macerated for 3 days on the skins. Ages on fine lees for 12 months in the same containers and more than a year in concrete containers. No clarification and filtration before bottling. Montemarino has a golden yellow color. The nose expresses floral and fruity aromas, toasted and mineral notes. In the mouth it is enveloping, with a slight sapid vein, persistent closing.
