Skerk's Ograde is a macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Vitovska, Malvasia, Sauvignon and Pinot grigio grapes. Aging on the fine lees for 12 months in 550l wooden barrels and 15-20 hl vats. A wine with citrus aromas and spicy notes. On the palate it is rich, full-bodied with good acidity and long persistence.

Domaine Labet's Vin Jaune is a white wine made from Savagnin. Matured for 6 years and 3 months in full barrels with the formation of flor yeasts, characterized by the typical hints of oxidation. The sip is full-bodied, mineral and very fresh, of great intensity and persistence.

"Scapulin" is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes that is produced following the style of Burgundian whites. It matures first for 9 months in the same barriques and then further refined in glass for a minimum of six months. A small production made with just over 1,000 bottles. On the nose the aromas range from yellow peach notes to tropical vanilla scents. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm and enveloping, with good freshness and flavor. It closes with a long finish.

Vitoska by Skerk is a macerated white wine made from Vitovska grapes, a native variety closely linked to the territory and local traditions. Refines one year in barriques before being bottled. Sacrisassi Bianco is a soft and fragrant wine, intense and powerful, obtained from a blend of Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. It ages for 22 months in barriqeus and tonneaux. Deep yellow with slightly golden reflections. Almond and hazelnut, ripe white fruit, intense and persistent floral aromas draw an olfactory picture of great grip, engaging and suggestive. Even on the palate the taste is full, decided without being excessive in its generous exuberance. Dry and dry as fat and opulent. Powerful and enveloping, it closes in a very long finish thanks to the pronounced sapidity and overflowing freshness.
