Nur is a splendid wine obtained from a selection of white grapes. Refines in used small-size French oak barrels for about a year. Nur has a splendid golden yellow color in the glass. The nose recognizes hints of aromatic herbs, licorice, rhubarb, notes of undergrowth and honey. In the mouth it is warm, soft, balanced, with a moderate acidity and a subtle vein of tannin that does not disturb. Excellent persistent finish.

The Piana dei Castelli Bianco is a wine made from local white grapes that come from vineyards that grow on volcanic soils rich in tuff and iron. It is a straw yellow color. Bajola Bianco is a macerated wine that comes from white grapes through an old winemaking process in use on the island of Ischia. The color is intense golden yellow.
