The "Morus Alba" by Vignai da Duline is a white wine of great personality obtained from a blend of Malvasia istriana from Duline and Sauvignon from Ronco Pitotti, spontaneous fermentation as in the style of the vintners and aging in barriques and used tonneaux. It has an intense straw-yellow color, with fine and elegant aromas reminiscent of yellow-pulp fruit, with herbaceous, spicy and dried fruit scents.The palate is enveloping and well-structured, characterized by excellent minerality and freshness, and closes long and persistent.

Cantina Giardino's Fiano "Gaia" is an intense and complex wine made from grapes of the homonymous vine that come from old vines with an age ranging from 30 to 100 years. The refinement takes place inside the same containers, on the fine lees, for 12 months. It has fruity and floral aromas on the nose, followed by a slightly spicy note. Nur is a splendid wine obtained from a selection of white grapes. Refines in used small-size French oak barrels for about a year. Nur has a splendid golden yellow color in the glass. The nose recognizes hints of aromatic herbs, licorice, rhubarb, notes of undergrowth and honey. In the mouth it is warm, soft, balanced, with a moderate acidity and a subtle vein of tannin that does not disturb. Excellent persistent finish.

"U Giancu" by Possa is a white wine of beautiful freshness and drink, made from white grapes. Aged half in oak and acacia barriques and half in steel containers for 8 months. Assembly in steel with natural settling before bottling for another two months. The aromas that emanate from the nose are reminiscent of floral and fruity scents, with the classic Mediterranean scrub in the background. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid with excellent drinkability.

Odyssea is a macerated white wine produced using Ansonica grapes, which come from sandy soils with a strong presence of lava fragments.
