Sottobanco is the new white wine by Andrea Occhpinti. A wine that strikes for its rich and sharp taste with an evident minerality. The Dzi by Amélie Vuillet & Sébastien Jacques is a mineral wine with delicate fruit aromas that comes from a blend of Savagnin and Chardonnay in equal parts. The grapes come from vineyards located on clayey-limestone soils in Montigny-lès-Arsures. After manual harvesting, they are de-stemmed and macerated separately for ten days before being pressed and assembled. Refine for 12 months in barrique.

Molitor's Riesling Alte Reben Trocken is a white wine obtained from pure Riesling grapes. This is the oldest vintage available. Iago Bitarishvili's Chardakhi Chinuri is a white wine made from an ancient Georgian grape variety called Chinuri. Fermented with natural yeasts in amphorae, macerated for 6 months on the skins and aged first in the same amphorae and then for 24 months in steel. It has a golden golden color. The nose releases hints of fresh fruit, dried fruit and sweet spices. In the mouth it is energetic, with a good acid texture, balanced and excellent persistence. An original wine, a must try.
