The warm and sunny 2020 vintage has resulted in a wine distinguished by a perfect balance between breadth, density, and ripeness, on the one hand, and minerality, purity, energy, and a pleasing succulence, on the other. This Sauvignon Blanc has a refined and elegant character, living up to its name. To fully appreciate its nuances, it is recommended to air it for about 30 minutes before serving, preferably with fish dishes.

"Valentini's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a complex and opulent wine, which has become famous for its incredible longevity. It is produced with extreme care, starting with the rigorous selection of the grapes during the harvest. The grapes are then taken to the cellar, and after de-stemming the fermentation is started in large wooden barrels, only through the intervention of indigenous yeasts. Aging for one year in 50 or 70 hl oak barrels. It does not undergo clarification or filtration. Masterpiece.

Sauvignon by Bonhomme is obtained from grapes that come from vines planted on silex (flint). It ferments in steel and then ages for about 9 months in used wood. Broad nose with wild flowers, ripe melon, freshly cut grass. The mouth is guided by the acid-salty vein that lengthens its progression integrating with the ripe fruit of the first palate.

Tacabanda di Poggio Cagnano is a white wine with great character, the result of careful work in the vineyard and in the cellar. The choice to use Ansonica grapes, a native vine, allows us to best express the unique terroir of the area. The short maceration of two days allows us to delicately extract aromas and polyphenolic components, without compromising the typical freshness of the grapes. The aging in steel and cement for 10 months adds complexity and structure, allowing the wine to develop a fine and structured aromatic profile.
