Tavcar's Kras Vitovska is a wonderful white wine made from Vitovska grapes that come from fifty-year-old vineyards, which grow on the karst rock constantly beaten by the Bora. Klinec's Rebula is a wonderful macerated white wine made from Rebula grapes. or Ribolla Gialla, which comes from the Slovenian Collio. It has an intense golden yellow color. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of fruit and flowers, in particular lime and broom. Then aromas of tobacco and minerals emerge. Sorso is full-bodied and mineral, enveloping and savory, fine and complex. Long finish where the tannin echoes.

JNK's Sv. Mihael is a white wine obtained from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in the small town of Šmihel where there is a church dedicated to San Michele, from which the wine takes its name. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts with a 4-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in old 500 liter barrels. The Sv. Mihael has a bright golden yellow color and has a rich and elegant bouquet, where hay emerges accompanied by linden flowers, green apple, dried apricot, pear and a distant nuance of elderberry.
