The palate is warm, enveloping with good acidity and closes with a long persistence with mineral notes.

Alsace Bergweingarten is a white wine obtained from Sylvaner grapes from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. Refines in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. Only one filtration is carried out before bottling, which takes place without clarification and with a minimal addition of sulphites. A wine that on the nose has intense fruity and floral notes typical of gewurztraminer with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, pleasant and fresh.
