Greko is undoubtedly the most intriguing wine of Menat, born as a challenge to interpret Greco, a native vine with a phenolic maturation difficult to enhance in purity. The "Davvero" is a macerated white wine made from Riesling grapes which is refined in oak tonneaux. It has an opalescent amber yellow color. On the nose, complex and intense aromas that develop on notes of ripe fruit that are combined with balsamic notes of camphor. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, fresh, sapid, and closes with a pleasant tannic sensation. Very nice is its label showing the company logo, consisting of 4 black brush strokes.
