Lumassina - Terrazze Singhie
Lumassina by Bosco di Terrazze Singhie is a white wine produced from Lumassina grapes, an indigenous variety grown only in the small valleys of the Ligurian hinterland. The grapes come from old vines grown in Ambrustin, where the vines are supported by chestnut poles from the surrounding woods and are tied together with willow branches. The winemaking takes place with spontaneous fermentation and 15 days of maceration on the skins, followed by aging for 9/11 months in oak barrels on the fine lees and 3 months in the bottle.
Service
We recommend tasting it at a 10/12 ° temperature in tulip goblets. Daily that keeps the time well.
Pairing
Great as an aperitif, it fits well with fish dishes and fresh cheeses, to try with pie rofie
