Service
We recommend tasting it at a temperature of 14/16 ° in large glasses. Wine to drink immediately but leave a few years in the cellar will express the best of it.
Pairing
It is great to combine first courses with fish, to try with shrimp in batter.
Cellar: Villa Job
Villa Job is a small and brilliant reality located in Pozzuolo del Friuli, in the province of Udine. Its history was born from the passion of Alessandro and Lavinia, who after a course of study and work in the field of consultancy and marketing, decided to turn the page, to devote themselves to viticulture and produce emotional, personal and free wines, values that reflect their thoughts and ideas, not exclusively related to the mere economic and commercial factor. Today they have about 6.5 hectares of owned vineyards located in the Friuli Grave area at 90 meters above sea level, surrounded by a forest and the Cormor River on complex soils rich in sand, clay, sandstone and marl. The vineyards are cultivated so as to improve and at the same time to enrich the biodiversity inside, and all the processes are done manually and without the use of chemicals. In the cellar, the wine is born with the help of indigenous yeasts present on the skins, spontaneous fermentations in steel containers or in wooden barrels according to the type, without temperature control and with cooling carried out with well water. What you get are wines that express personality and wealth.
