Cellar: Cantine dell'Angelo
is located in the district of Campanaro, at a height of between 300 and 350 meters s.l.m. The cellars are run by the Mute family, of which Angelo is the third generation. Angelo decided to grab the grapes that were previously sold to the cooperative. An organic agriculture, attentive to the soil and nature applied to the vineyard parcels that Angelo manages; 5 hectares in the Campanaro district, and one hectare in Torre Favale, situated on clay-calcareous terrain, characterized by the presence of sulfur from the old mines placed in the subsoil. Angelo wines are traditionally vinified in order to enhance Greek salt and minerals components.
