Ramì is an elegant Sicilian white wine made from Grecanico and Inzolia grapes grown biodynamically on red soil. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in concrete, it perfectly expresses the terroir's character. On the nose, it offers notes of ripe yellow fruit, flowers, and honey; on the palate, it is soft, fresh, and persistent, with a perfect balance between structure and drinkability.

COS's Frappato is a wine that authentically expresses the terroir of Vittoria (Sicily). Produced from old vines on red soil, it ferments spontaneously in stainless steel and ages for 12 months in cement. With a luminous ruby red color, the nose offers delicate aromas of violet, cherry, and small red fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant, and dynamic. Maldafrica is obtained from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in underground terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins. It continues its aging in Slavonian barrels for 12 months. It is a ruby red wine with aromas reminiscent of a Sicilian summer evening: spices, aromatic herbs and capers. In the mouth it is soft, juicy with delicate tannins.
