Charme du Loire by Jean Pierre Robinot is a white wine made with Chenin Blanc grapes from vines over 40 years old located in the limestone soil of Jasnières. The Salamandre is a red wine that comes from a blend of red and white grapes, Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay and Grolleau, which come from vineyards bred according to biodynamic principles in the village of Saint-Aubin Luigné, south of the city of Angers, in the name of Anjou in the Loire. It is ruby red in color which is a load of fruit. Straight and slender that impresses with its freshness.

Nicolas Joly's "Clos de la Coulée De Serrant" is a great dry white wine with a straw yellow color tending to golden. The nose is very mineral with complex fruity aromas, spicy, mentholated and honeyed notes that change constantly. On the palate it is powerful, tense and very deep, with a very long finish.

Clau de Nell's Chenin Blanc is a crazy wine, made in the Loire but vinified with Burgundian style. Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity. Obtained from pure chenin blanc grapes which come from small plots located on soil characterized by clayey sands, rich in quartz. Refines for 12 months in used wooden barrels. Given their goodness and very limited production volume, Mai & Kenji wines are almost impossible to find. If a bottle passes by, know that now is the perfect time to drink it.

Quartz Blanc by Les Cailloux Du Paradis is a wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on a vineyard planted on soils rich in sand and quartz. The grapes ferment in used barriques, where they then age for 18 months. Upon opening, the nose is timid with light notes of green apple. A little oxygen is all it takes for it to explode with notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, celery, cucumber, and a hint of nutmeg. The palate is vibrant, with acidity guiding the sip, accompanied by notes of white peach and sage. A long finish.
