Liaison is a taut and energetic red wine that tastes of red fruit. It is produced by Enderle & Moll which in a few years have become the reference point for Pinot Noir in Baden. Fermentation is spontaneous and there are no filtrations. Refine 15 months in wood. It is still one of the most compelling Pinots around.

Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. The vinification takes place with 70% of the whole bunches while the rest is de-stemmed by hand. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks in open vats. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.

Muster's Rosè is a fresh, light and personality wine obtained from a blend of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Blauer Wildbacher, native Austrian vines. The name "Opok" derives from the limestone-clay soil typical of this area. The wine ages in the same barrels for about 20 months. It is not filtered and no sulfur is added before bottling.

Bobotti is the pure cannonau produced by Piergraziano Sanna, a whimsical winemaker from Mamoiada. A feminine wine, according to the intentions of its creator, able to brighten up the romantic couple's dinners. Bobotti is the black man who according to Sardinian tradition scares children. The nose is fruity, with flavors of raspberries and ripe plums, notes of Mediterranean scrub and spices. The taste is warm, full-bodied, of excellent freshness and pleasantly tannic. "Le Tourbillon de la Vie", which means "joust of life", is a red wine made from 100% Grenache grapes that come from various plots located in the Agly valley. Refine for 8 months in steel. The nose offers a ripe aromatic intensity, made of black currant, raspberries and blackberries, followed by references to spices and licorice. The taste is soft and fine in the tannic texture, elegant and with good persistence. A straightforward and direct Vin de France, with a delicious fruit and vinous fragrance.
