The Rosso di contrada by Marabino is a wine that is an expression of the territory, with sweet tannins and good freshness. Produced from Nero d'Avola grapes coming from different vineyards: Coniglio, Lenza Lungo, Conca and Parrino, each characterized by different types of soil, exposure and slopes. To better understand the potential of each individual vineyard, each parcel is vinified and aged separately. After blending, the wine matures in steel tanks for a year, bottling takes place on the fruit days of the lunar calendar.

Crucella by La Vinicola is a round, fresh and powerful wine, which comes from a blend of red grapes. Vinification and aging in steel tanks. With strong hints of red fruit, in the mouth it is soft, fresh, with soft tannins. Definitely a wine not to be missed on the table and on special occasions.

The Menetou-Salon Rouge by Domaine Gilbert 2020 is certainly a fascinating wine that highlights the distinctive characteristics of Pinot Noir. Eric Bordelet's Sidre Brut is made from apple varieties from two hundred year old trees. First fermentation in concrete and wood. Naturally refermented in the bottle. Classic dry cider. It attacks softly but in an instant the freshness takes over.

Il Tempo Ritrovato by Podere Veneri Vecchio is a white wine with personality vinified with a 12-day maceration on the skins, and aging in traditional chestnut and acacia helmets for almost a year. Liaison is a taut and energetic red wine that tastes of red fruit. It is produced by Enderle & Moll which in a few years have become the reference point for Pinot Noir in Baden. Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. The vinification takes place with 70% of the whole bunches while the rest is de-stemmed by hand. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks in open vats. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.

Bergianti's "No Autoclave" is a wine that screams at the top of its lungs the tradition of refermented in Emilia, which is not an autoclave. It comes from red grapes but inside there are also white ones. After the manual harvest of the grapes, fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks, with a second refermentation in the bottle. No clarification or filtration and negligible addition of sulfur before bottling. Refine for two years on the lees. A fresh and taut wine, pleasant and refreshing, with hints of wild strawberries and bread crust.

Muster's Rosè is a fresh, light and personality wine obtained from a blend of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Blauer Wildbacher, native Austrian vines. The name "Opok" derives from the limestone-clay soil typical of this area. The wine ages in the same barrels for about 20 months. It is not filtered and no sulfur is added before bottling.
