""RBL" dei I Clivi is an atypical sparkling wine. The second fermentation differs from the traditional charmat or classic methods as it takes place in the first fermentation. Towards the end of the fermentation, when the residual sugar is around 25 grams per litre, i.e. a quantity which, when dry, brings the pressure to 6/7 atmospheres, the tank is closed so that the CO2 released by the fermentation of the remaining sugar is trapped in wine. The wine is then left in the same tank to mature on the lees and after two months it is bottled at constant pressure. The sparkling wine made in this way maintains the primary aromas characteristic of the vine, all played on finesse and minerality.

Chavost's "Blanc d’Assemblage" is pleasant and powerful with a good structure, softness and perfect balance. Made from a blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. II "70 Lune" by Nicola Gatta is a Blanc de Noirs Classic Method sparkling wine of great richness and depth obtained from Pinot Noir grapes. The austerity of Pinot Noir balanced by 70 moons spent on the yeasts results in a structured but very balanced wine.

The "50 Lune" by Nicola Gatta is a complex, intense and rich Classic Method Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine obtained from Chadonnay grapes grown in Gussago, one of the few areas of Franciacortino where the limestone part is dominant, then transmitted to the roots that in the wine is transformed into acidity and minerality that is great freshness of drink. After refermentation in the bottle, the liquid rests on the fine lees for about 50 months / moons.

Ombretta Mosso Rosato is a sparkling wine obtained with the use of both briefly macerated white grapes and directly pressed red grapes. A wine characterized by a pleasant and slender drink, with aromas that refer to ripe red fruits and floral notes.

Bergianti's "Per Franco" is a wine made from Lambrusco Salamino grapes produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It was born in memory of Gianfranco Bergianti's gatherings in the village clubs. After the manual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks, with a second refermentation in the bottle. The Perfranco is a fresh and taut wine, pleasant and refreshing, with hints of wild strawberries and bread crust.

Frecciabomb Bianco is a sparkling white wine refermented in the bottle, produced from 100% Falanghina grapes. It has an intense straw yellow color. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of fruit, honey and the Mediterranean scrub. The sip is taut and straight, with a nice acid boost.
