"Otobbor" is a fragrant and drinkable sparkling red wine that comes from Barbera grapes. It is ruby red with a nice generous froth. The nose is fragrant and vinous, and expresses aromas of red berry fruit. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, exuberant, very drinkable.

"Balos" is a sparkling rosé wine refermented in the bottle from Pinot Noir grapes. Spontaneous vinification with a night of maceration in contact with the skins. It is bottled without filtration and spontaneously ferments the residual sugars in the bottle, without adding selected yeasts. It is cherry-colored with a nice generous foam. The nose expresses notes of red fruits with notes of sweet spices. On the palate it is fresh, fragrant, fun and lively.

"Besiosa" by Crocizia is a fragrant and fragrant sparkling wine based on local white grapes which is naturally fermented in the bottle. It has an orange color due to maceration on the skins.
