Cantina Furlani’s Rosato Frizzante is born from natural re-fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a brief maceration on the skins. On the nose and palate, it bursts with an immediate citrus freshness of grapefruit, enriched by delicious hints of wild berries where forest strawberry stands out for its clarity. What makes it truly captivating is the finish: a deep mineral trail where elegant hydrocarbon notes emerge, testifying to its mountain character. Do not be fooled by its incredible drinkability; this rosé hides a surprising texture and body, making every sip satisfying, profound, and deeply refreshing. A perfect balance between lightness and substance, ideal for those seeking a dynamic, authentic, and unfiltered wine.
