The Ventiventi winery is located in Medolla, in the province of Modena, and was born from the enthusiasm and desire of a family to create an innovative and different reality in the wine district north of Modena. With a strong spirit of imagination, practicality and tenacity, they gave shape to this dream, calling the winery Ventiventi in reference to the year 2020, which marks the conclusion of the works and the official start of their activity. The company was designed and built following a modern approach, with the aim of obtaining high-quality wines while respecting the plants and the surrounding territory as much as possible. Attention to order and precision is fundamental to their production philosophy. Ventiventi stands out for its respect for nature: it avoids the use of traditional chemicals, significantly reducing the use of copper and sulfur thanks to the use of advanced technologies. The harvest is managed with a latest-generation grape harvester, which allows the grapes to be collected in the best possible conditions, preserving the quality and naturalness of the product. For Ventiventi, modernity translates into rationality and common sense, without ever losing sight of the values ​​of winemaking tradition, thus creating authentic wines that respect the territory.
