Durdon Bouval's Candide Champagne is a truly fascinating product from the Marne Valley, made from Chardonnay grapes from two different vintages, 2019 and 2029. Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%. The base wine ages in wood used in which previously passes the Insolite It remains on the lees for 18 months. At sight it shows an intense yellow color.
