Rosè and The Beast is a bottle refermented wine obtained from red grapes according to the bottle refermentation method. The grapes come from vineyards located on limestone and loamy soils at 350 m.s.l.m. First fermentation in steel tanks without maceration and refermentation in the bottle with the addition of must. A sparkling wine with a lively foam that expresses fresh floral notes and fragrant fruity scents to the nose, offering a pleasant olfactory bouquet. The taste is smooth, fresh and smooth, with good persistence and excellent drinkability. A wine synonymous with celebration and lightness.

"MostRo" is a refermented sparkling wine produced by Nadia Verrua. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts in steel and cement containers. Mea by Matic Wines is a wine refermented using the ancestral method 100% Furmint, a variety locally known as Šipon, is native to the area of the Slovenian part of Styria. The grapes, harvested by hand and selected, are destemmed. The must rests for 48 hours in contact with the skins, after pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The bottling takes place by gravity. A wine that offers a fragrant, mineral and pleasantly articulated sip. When you can't give up a glass of aperitif, despite the sultriness and heat, Mea is the right compromise between low alcohol content and richness of taste.
