Giano di Scandelara is a Pas Dosé Classic Method Sparkling Wine obtained from white grapes which proves to have a pleasant structure, very fresh with aromas of white fruit and fermentative notes. A classic method that remains on its yeasts for at least 12 months, casual and carefree, it lends itself to cheering up occasions of carefree conviviality.

The Spumante Metodo Classico Brut by Furlani is a wine with a good structure, fresh and persistent, obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot nero grapes. Harvested manually in boxes, with a careful selection already in the vineyard. Referments and refines in the bottle, on its own yeasts, for 24 months, after a manual remuage on wooden pupitre. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany mixed starters and light first courses

Chic di Tenuta l'armonia is a blanc de blancs sparkling wine made from pure white grapes that macerate in an amphora. It has an intriguing nose, with citrus notes and hints of baking. The mouth is rich, crisp and decidedly elegant, the creamy bubbles.

Alcohol content: 12.5 %.
Aging: At least 12 months on the lees.

Levis by Cherubini is a sparkling wine rosè from pure red grapes. Refinement of at least 48 months is followed by disgorging and for refilling I use the same wine. It has a soft pink color, an excellent evolutionary and tertiary note on the nose. On the palate, freshness and balance embrace very well with minerality.

"Particella 1282 is a sparkling wine that is characterized by a fresh, savory and full of character drink. Excellent from pure spergola grapes aged for 12 on the lees. The nose expresses delicate floral, fruity and citrus aromas, with mineral notes. mouth is fresh, lively, with good flavor, which makes it alive with excellent drinkability.
